Meet Michelle, our meticulous Data Integrity Lead. Michelle has been with us since 2018 and has worked across multiple areas of the business including client services, remediation, and development testing.
With a tenatious approuch to data quality, she brings a "can-do attitude" and positive outlook to the team.
As the Data Integrity Lead, Michelle is responsible for evaluating segments of the data that require quality assurance, coordinating the team workload and delivering the highest quality data back to the Adviser Ratings database.
Prior to Adviser Ratings, Michelle worked in executive roles within the Hotel industry.
Michelles attention to data quality combined with her positve attitude, make her a valuable asset to our team.
What project are you most proud of contributing to at Adviser Ratings and why?
"Since taking on my role in February 2021, I've led the Data team to increase and maintain a range of quality standards. These include an email bounce rate of less than 1%, as well as increasing the frequency and depth of monthly quality checks to weekly and daily whilst consistently meeting team productivity expectations.
Moreover, I'm particularly proud of the team culture. I have helped build and nurture a culture that is engaging, challenging and fun resulting in staff retention at an all time high."
